Sam's first duathlon
Sam did the
Eads Bridge Duathlon
yesterday.It was run 1.5 miles, bike 10 miles, run 1.5 miles. Took him 1 hr 6 mins and he did the whole thing in the rain!!!! This picture was taken BEFORE the event!!!!
