We went to Ben's first baseball game yesterday. He's the only boy on the team that hasn't played before, so this is still new to us. It was a beautiful day-sunny, warm and dry. He was very excited to be able to wear his uniform.
Here he is standing in line for practice, pictures like this remind me of just how small he still is compared to the other boys on the team (but he's catching up with some of them!!).

He got his first hit yesterday, we were all very excited. When we got to the game, the other team were already there practicing. They obviously take it VERY seriously and I thought we were going to get killed by them, but our team won-Go Hawks!!!!!
